P: After installing a new rostering site, when we try to choose it for the rostering locations and pay location dropdown - it's not showing up.

What's gone wrong?


A: For sites to be visible on the dropdown, you need to ensure that they are enabled for rostering, by selecting "Enable Rostering" on the "Services" tab
