PowerForce Software previously a wholly owned subsidiary of Oryx Technology was today sold to one of the company's founders for an undisclosed sum.

"After a successful 18 year relationship the directors of Oryx came to a crossroad where the individual focus diverged", said Martin Drenovac, the founder of Oryx Technology.
